We inherit many of our beliefs and world views from outside sources, such as: environment, media and culture. This, in turn, affects our understanding of ourselves and others. Therefore, the purpose of this session is to initiate the process of challenging our assumptions, stereotypes and prejudices. Global Ministries believes that to have meaningful relationships, we must first “unpack our baggage” in order to be more open to the world around us.
